These Terms apply to any purchase from Guernsey Willow Baskets. By submitting an order and/or making payment, you are agreeing to, and accept all these Terms, and any policies referred to or made available. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring that any order you place is correct and accurate. 

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.

Access to your online course will be available immediately on payment. 

Guernsey Willow Baskets online courses are designed for basket makers with some experience. No materials or tools are provided with the course.

We make every effort to ensure that customers understand what this online course contains, including a free lesson to guide you as to its suitability.

EU Consumer Withdrawal Right. If you are a customer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal function available in your account on your billing page. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days using the same payment method.

Basketmaking involves using some handheld tools. All customers agree to take responsibility for the use of their tools and to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. Courses and workshops are for adults only. Guernsey Willow Baskets is not responsible for any injuries caused.

The online course contents are provided to individuals for their own use. You agree not to reproduce or share any of this this content with others. You also agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Guernsey Willow Baskets.

We are entitled to address all notices and communication to you via the email and/or billing address/phone number provided with your order.

These Terms are governed by English law, and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims and disputes.

Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit our liability for (i) fraud or other criminal act, (ii) personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms will operate as to reduce your rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of use, profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of, or in connection with, any fault with a product, and in no event will we have any liability to pay any compensation other than to refund to the purchase price of the relevant product.
